Before using the DHCP relay for forwarding DHCP requests of users
to an external DHCP server, you shall set the IP address of the
DHCP agent, which is one of the IP addresses of the interface
where the DHCP client is.
The external DHCP server will assign user IP address according
to the IP address of the DHCP agent. The two addresses shall
be within the same subnet. The respond message that the DHCP
server returned to the DHCP client is forwarded through the DHCP
agent. Therefore, the DHCP server shall be configured with the
route to the subnet of the DHCP agent.
This example describes how to set the external DHCP Agent ad-
dress of the fei_2/1 interface to 192.200.100.254.
ZXR10(config)#interface fei_1/1
ZXR10(config-if)#ip dhcp relay agent 192.200.100.254
ip dhcp enable
ip dhcp relay server
show ip dhcp relay
ip dhcp relay forward reply

Use this command to configure to check the lease packet
un-strictly in DHCP Relay standard mode.
receive the ACK packet that responds to user, then transparent
forward this packet to user directly.
restrict the lease packet from DHCP user, and recover the default
configuration.

Default is restriction.
DHCP user lease is announced by DHCP client automatically. For
the circumstance that DHCP client does not send leased message,
if ACK message which DHCP Server reply to client can be received,
then DHCP client is regarded as on line, and send the message to
client transparently.
This example describes how to set DHCP Relay forwarding mode
to transparent forwarding mode.
