Description
• When an origin search with
reversal at the limit is being
performed, the limit input sig-
nal in the search direction was
input while the origin proximity
input signal was reversing.
• When an origin search with
reversal at the limit is being
performed and the origin prox-
imity input signal is not being
used, the limit input signal in
the search direction was input
while the origin input signal
was reversing.
The Servo Drive's positioning
completed signal does not turn
ON within the Positioning Moni-
tor Time specified in the PLC
Setup.
Corrective action
Check the installation positions of the origin
proximity input signal, origin input signal, and
limit input signal as well as the PLC Setup's
I/O settings. Also check the PLC Setup's Sig-
nal Type settings (NC or NO) for each input
signal and then execute the origin search
again.
Adjust the Positioning Monitor Time setting
or Servo system gain setting. Check the
positioning completed signal wiring, correct it
if necessary, and then execute the origin
search again.
