6. Verify updated firmware revisions on both controllers using ARMServer (arraydsp -c <array-
id>) or front panel. The following table shows the proper front panel commands to verify the
firmware on the array:

7. If ARMServer issues a "switch controller" command, you may have to repeat step 5 (download).
NOTE! In some older versions of ARMServer, the download command had a problem
recognizing the primary array controller. This happens when the primary array controller SCSI ID
is a higher number than the secondary array controller SCSI ID. If this problem occurs, the
download command will issue a "switch controller" command and then stop. When this happens,
issuing the download command again causes the download to complete properly.
8. The disk array will display the "Ready" state when the download command has completed.
