Command introduced before JUNOSe Release 7.1.0.
Release Information
Matches any routes that have a next-hop router address passed by the specified

access list or prefix list. The no version removes all next-hop match clauses from a
route map unless you specify either an access list or prefix list, in which case only
the list match is removed from the route map.
