62 Chapter 4: Installing the Matrox 4Sight-II motherboard in a custom chassis

Custom power supply

The power connector on the stand-alone Matrox 4Sight-II motherboard is a 7-pin
locking connector, with pin 1 physically located closest to the rear of the
motherboard.
Voltage requirements for each pin are given below.

1. The maximum current capacity of each pin is 7 A.
❖ The power connector of the stand-alone motherboard does not have an
auto-resettable fuse, nor does it have a power switch. This should be taken into
account when selecting a power-supply.
