Insp. vol. agent mixture
higher than 3 xMAC.
The safety fan for internal
gas evacuation failed. If
there is an internal leakage,
the O concentration in the

interior of the device may in-
crease. Danger of fire!
Remote control of infusion
was terminated by the safety
system! Infusion is contin-
ued.
Communication error to
IV-System. Cable discon-
nected.
IVDock has unknown ver-
sion.
Volume limit of infusion 1 has
been reached. 'Keep vein
open' function is activated.
Infusion continues with a low
infusion rate (1 mL/h).
Volume limit of infusion 2 has
been reached. 'Keep vein
open' function is activated.
Infusion continues with a low
infusion rate (1 mL/h).

Fault – Cause – Remedy
Remedy
Check DIVA settings.
Check fresh-gas flow.
Shut down as soon as pos-
sible. Call DrägerService.
Check infusion setting at
pump. Control infusion at
pump. To restart remote
control System needs to be
restarted.
Check connection of the
IVDock to system, replace
cable or IVDock. Call
DrägerService.
Exchange IVDock. Control
infusion directly at the
pump. Call DrägerService.
Check infusion. Check vol-
ume alarm limit. To change
KVO configuration at the
pump refer to the module
DPS instructions.
Check infusion. Check vol-
