Turn the Cytometer's main power switch off.
NOTE
If you have a CytoFLEX LX instrument, you can turn the Cytometer's power off by selecting
Cytometer
IMPORTANT
instrument, refer to
from the single tube sample probe to the Plate Loader.

Remove the single tube sample probe and replace it with the plate loader PEEK tubing. Refer to

Turn the Cytometer's main power switch on.
The sampler status icon located in the bottom right side of the screen changes to display Plate
Loader.
NOTE
If you have a CytoFLEX LX instrument, you can turn the Cytometer's power on by selecting
Cytometer

Select Initialize

Select

Place the plate flat on the plate holder and ensure that it is secure.

Ensure that plate well A1 aligns with position A1 on the plate holder.
