Select all rows in a table.
Selects whole row.
Extend selection up/down one row in table.
Extend Selection up/down one "table page" at a time. When no
vertical scrollbar is visible, moves focus and row selection to last/
first row in table. The focused cell remains in the same column in
which it originated. Row selection is established from original row
in which focus resided to the row in which the focus has been
moved.
When a vertical scrollbar is visible, scrolls the table up/down one
row and moves the focus within its current column to the newly
visible row. Row selection is established from original row in which
focus resided to the row in which the focus has been moved.
Extend Selection from current row where focus resides to
beginning/end of table. Focus does not move.
Presents popup menu, if one exists.
Move table column where focus resides right/left, one column in
the table.

Extend selection up/down one "page view" at a time. Focus moves
to bottom/top of selection.
Extend selection to top/bottom of list. Focus moves to top/bottom
of list.
Scroll viewing window up/down one row at a time.
Scroll viewing window up/down one "page view" at a time.
Scroll viewing window to the top/bottom of displayed component
(eg. tree, table, or list).
Select menu item with focus.
Move focus to previous/next menu item.
Assuming focus is at a cascading menu element, open up a
cascading menu.
