Loader bucket Removal

1. Move the machine to a level and firm ground.
2. Lower the bucket to the ground in dump position (tilted
completely forward).
3. Stop the engine and remove the starter switch key.
4. If the machine is fitted with a 4x1 bucket, release the
pressure from the bucket circuit.
CAUTION
Flying objects!
Wear eye protection. Do not strike steel parts
with a steel hammer. Parts may break.
Failure to comply could result in minor or
moderate injury.
5. Remove the fastening screws, then remove the pins
(1) using a hammer with a soft face, such as copper.
6. (4x1 bucket) disconnect and plug the hydraulic supply
lines.
7. Start the engine.
8. Operate the attachment controls so as to release the
bucket.
9. Reverse the machine from the bucket.

the pins (1) using a hammer with a soft face, such as
copper.

lines.
7. Start the engine.

bucket.
9. Reverse the machine from the bucket.
