Equipment failures are reported as soon as the defect is determined to

exist. There is no Incoming Alarm Delay and there is no Alarm Clear

Delay associated with equipment failures. The alarm for an equipment

failure will be reported at the location of the failure to assist the user

in troubleshooting any failures. Refer to

Tasks"

for details on specific alarms.
