The Alarm Cut Off (ACO)/Suppress button turns off any audible
alarm indicators. After the ACO/Suppress button has been pressed,
any subsequent alarm conditions reactivate the audible alarm.
The Restart Switch restarts system software using the provisioned
parameter values that were defined prior to the restart. A restart causes
the local network element to reset. This switch is recessed to avoid
accidental activation.
