This procedure is used to clear a power failure by resetting the circuit
breaker on the power line filter(s) associated with the unlit PWR
OUTPUT LED.
Important! Contact the maintenance support organization before
proceeding if a failure of both circuit breakers (A and B) or both
feeders (A and B) to a bay exists.
