When circuit packs are inserted into a running system, there will be
an automatic upgrade of the firmware on the circuit packs to the latest
version. Flashing green LEDs on the circuit pack faceplates will
indicate that the upgrade is occurring (typically less than 30 seconds).
Please DO NOT remove the circuit pack during this upgrade because
it may cause damage to the affected pack. After the pack LEDs stop
flashing it is then safe to remove the packs or power down the system
as needed.
