REP 4.8 Punch Motor
Parts List: 1.1 F
WARNING
Switch off the Main Power.
Disconnect the power cord.
Removal
1. Perform REP 4.6, Steps 1 and 2.
2. Remove the 2 screws holding the shielding
plate over the cable connectors for the
Punch Motor Cable Assembly.
3. Record the location of the wires and then
remove the connectors from the Punch
Motor.
4. Remove the 4 Carriage screws, the 4 Hex
Nuts and the 8 Washers holding the Punch
Motor.
5. Remove the Punch Clutch Timing Belt from
the Punch Motor Pulley and slide the Punch
Motor out of the Punch Main Assembly.
6. Remove the Punch Motor Pulley from the
old Punch Motor and install it on the new
Punch Motor.
Replacement
1. Reinstall the parts in reverse order.
2. Perform ADJ 5.4 Punch Clutch Timing Belt
Tension.

Make sure that the Punch Motor Cable Assembly is being installed as recorded in Step 3 in the
removal procedure. Check that the Stacker(s) are level with the Punch and that the Stacker(s) are
resting on the Leveling Pads (see Section 8 Install Procedure).
