REP 4.7 Punch Clutch Timing
Belt
Parts List: 4.3 C
WARNING
Switch off the Main Power.
Disconnect the power cord.
Removal
1. Perform REP 4.6, Steps 1 to 12.3.
2. Move the Punch Clutch Timing Belt from
the Punch Motor Pulley.
3. Slide the Shaft and the Clutch Assembly out
of the machine.
4. Remove the Punch Clutch Timing Belt.
Replacement
1. Replace the Punch Clutch Timing Belt.
2. Reinstall the parts in reverse order.
3. Before reinstalling the Punch Right Panel,
perform ADJ 4.4 Punch Clutch Home
Position.
NOTE: Check that the Stacker/
Stackers are level with the Punch and
that the Stacker(s) are resting on the
Leveling Pads (see Section 8 Install
Procedure).ADJ 4.1 Document
