Users have to select the general mode, and enable the timer, that is, they
have to write K4 into K1SM208.
C208 is enabled. The interval between the rising edge of a pulse received
through X0.2 and the falling edge of the pulse is measured. The interval is
written into C209. (Unit: 0.01 microseconds)
