Remedy:
For the CompactFlash card, restore the status when originally supplied from the factory.
Note:
The file involved can be read-out using parameter r9925.

Cause:
On the CompactFlash card, one file in the directory /SIEMENS/SINAMICS/DATA or /ADDON/SINAMICS/DATA has
been illegally changed with respect to that supplied from the factory. No changes are permitted in this directory.
Alarm value (r2124, interpret decimal):
The problem is indicated in the first digit of the alarm value:
1: File does not exist.
2: Firmware version of the file does not match-up with the software version.
3: The file checksum is incorrect.
The second digit of the alarm value indicates in which directory the file is located:
0: Directory /SIEMENS/SINAMICS/DATA/
1: Directory /ADDON/SINAMICS/DATA/
The third digit of the alarm value indicates the file:
0: File MOTARM.ACX
1: File MOTSRM.ACX
2: File MOTSLM.ACX
3: File ENCDATA.ACX
4: File FILTDATA.ACX
5: File BRKDATA.ACX
Remedy:
For the CompactFlash card file involved, restore the status when originally supplied from the factory.

Sign of life failure for master control
Drive object:
A_INF, B_INF, SERVO, S_INF, TM41, VECTOR
Reaction:
A_INFEED: OFF1 (NONE, OFF2)
SERVO: OFF3 (ENCODER, IASC / DCBRAKE, NONE, OFF1, OFF2, STOP1, STOP2)
VECTOR: OFF3 (ENCODER, IASC / DCBRAKE, NONE, OFF1, OFF2, STOP1, STOP2)
Acknowledge:
IMMEDIATELY
Cause:
For active PC master control, no sign-of-life was received within the monitoring time.
The master control was returned to the active BICO interconnection.
Remedy:
Set the monitoring time higher at the PC or, if required, completely disable the monitoring function.
For the commissioning software, the monitoring time is set as follows:
<Drive> -> Commissioning -> Control panel -> Button "Fetch master control" -> A window is displayed to set the mon-
itoring time in milliseconds.
Notice:
The monitoring time should be set as short as possible. A long monitoring time means a late response when the
communications fail!

Sign of life failure for AOP off in remote
Drive object:
A_INF, B_INF, SERVO, S_INF, VECTOR
Reaction:
A_INFEED: OFF1 (NONE, OFF2)
SERVO: OFF3 (ENCODER, IASC / DCBRAKE, NONE, OFF1, OFF2, STOP1, STOP2)
VECTOR: OFF3 (ENCODER, IASC / DCBRAKE, NONE, OFF1, OFF2, STOP1, STOP2)
Acknowledge:
IMMEDIATELY
Cause:
With the off mode active in remove, no sign-of-life was received within the monitoring time.
The master control was returned to the active BICO interconnection.
Remedy:
Set the monitoring time higher at the AOP or disable completely.
Notice:
The monitoring time should be set as short as possible. A long monitoring time means a late response when the
communications fail!
The monitoring time is set in milliseconds via the Main menu -> Settings -> Control settings -> Timeout monitoring
