Update delay when measurement topology changed at runtime
If the measurement topology is changed at runtime and the input signals remain
constant, the diagnostic messages of the previous measurement topology setting
are applied. The diagnostic messages are not adjusted to the new measurement
topology setting until the input signals change.
To adjust the diagnostic messages to the new topology setting immediately, it is
necessary to start the I/O module.
