The status information is depicted in bit 0 to bit 2 and the digitalized measured value in bit 3 to bit 14.

    Process Image WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 750-461 2AI Pt100/RTD 4.2.1 Ni100 The 750-461/000-004 version calculates the resistance values of Ni100 sensors and outputs the data as temperature values. The temperature values are displayed at a resolution of 1 digit per 0.1 °C in one word (16-bit). Temperature values below 0 °C are represented in two's complement binary.
