Press Action Now[F5] to activate the external trigger.
The system will now wait for the trigger conditions to be matched before
starting a sweep.

Selecting the Trigger Mode

Description
►
In free run mode all signals are captured and the trigger conditions are not
used.
Modes
►

Normal: The spectrum analyser captures every signal that meets the
trigger conditions.

Single: The spectrum analyser captures the first signal that meets the
trigger conditions.

Continuous: The spectrum analyser captures the first signal that meets
the trigger conditions then switches to free run mode thereafter.
Operation

Press Action Now[F5] to manually start triggering.

The trigger will revert back to the Free Run mode if any
parameter settings are changed, such as the span or
amplitude settings.
