Any other measurement mode will automatically be disabled.
The display splits into two screens. The top shows the trace with the start
and stop offsets. The bottom screen shows the phase jitter measurements.
Press Start Offset[F2] to set the start offset:
Offset: (0 Hz ~ ½ span freq)
Press Stop Offset[F3] to set the stop offset:
Offset: (0 Hz ~ ½ span freq)
