ADJ 9.6 Developer Module
Positioning Blocks
Purpose
The purpose i s t o adjust the Developer
Module Positioning Blocks in order to obtain
t h e correct spacing b e t w e e n t h e
Photoreceptor Drum and the Developer
Module.
Adjustment
Remove the High Voltage Power Supply
(HVPS) (REP 3.2).
(Figure 1): Prepare t o adjust t h e
Developer Module Positioning Blocks.
Push Developer Module towards Drum
fully and tighten the Right Side Securing
Screws fully.
Push Developer Module towards Drum
fully and tighten the Left Side Securing
Screws fully.
Unlock t h e Developer Drive Gear
Coupling and allow the Coupling t o
engage the Developer Module.
Refer t o (ADJ 9.2) and perform the
Electrostatic Series Adjustment.

AND MOVE LATCH DOWN
TO LOCK THE GEAR IN
DISENGAGED POSITION

TqGHTEN SCREWS (4) ON LEFT
AND RIGHT DEVELOPER
MODULE RETAINING CLAMPS TO
REMOVE ANY SLACK
