Initial Actions
I
Replace the Copy Count meter.
I the problem persists replace the Controller
PWB (A3).
Ensure that Connector A2P202 on the
Low Voltage Power Supply (A2) is
correctly installed and fully seated.
This RAP is used to locate problems with the
Copy Counter and associated circuitry.
NOTE:
The circuit diagram and
the
component locator drawings
are on the
following
page.
Procedure
Enter the diagnostic code
[0203].
The
voltage goes from 26 VDC to less than
+
1 VDC
at Pin 1 of A2
P202.

Replace the
LVPS
Driver PWB
(A2).
Open the right side door and cheat the right
side door interlock switch (S2 1).
While entering the diagnostic code
[02031
note the movement of the Copy Count
meter. The Copy Count meter advances.
There is 26 VDC at A2 P202 Pin
