Alarm:
Alarm Name
Regenerative resistor capacity
(Pn600) is set to a value other
than 0 for a SGDV-R70,
-R90, -1R6, or -2R8 SERVO-
PACK, and an external regenera-
tive resistor is not connected.
The jumper between the power
supply terminals B2 and B3 is
removed.
The external regenerative resis-
tor is incorrectly wired, or is
removed or disconnected.
The power supply voltage
exceeds the specified limit.
The external regenerative resis-
tor capacity or the regenerative
resistance is incorrect.
A.300:
Regeneration Error
Insufficient SERVOPACK capac-
ity or insufficient regenerative
resistor capacity caused regenera-
tive power to continuously flow
back.
Regenerative power continu-
ously flowed back because nega-
tive load was continuously
applied.
The mass exceeds the allowable
value.
A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
The power supply voltage
exceeds the specified limit.
Incorrect external regenerative
resistance.
Insufficient SERVOPACK capac-
ity or regenerative resistor capac-
ity.
Or, regenerative power has been
continuously flowing back.
Regenerative power continu-
ously flowed back because nega-
A.320:
tive load was continuously
Regenerative
applied.
Overload
The setting of parameter Pn600 is
smaller than the external regener-
ative resistor's capacity.
The external regenerative resis-
tance is too high.
A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
Cause
Investigative Actions
Check the external regenerative
resistor connection and the value of
the Pn600.
Confirm that a jumper is mounted
between the power supply terminals
B2 and B3.
Check the external regenerative
resistor connection.
Measure the power supply voltage.
Check the external regenerative
resistor to see if the capacity is
appropriate.
Reconsider the capacity selection.
Check the load to the servomotor
during operation.
Check the mass.
Measure the power supply voltage.
Check the operation condition or
the capacity using the capacity
selection Software SigmaJunma
Size+, etc.
Check the load to the servomotor
during operation.
Check the external regenerative
resistor connection and the value of
the Pn600.
Check the regenerative resistance.
9.1 Troubleshooting
Corrective Actions
Connect the external regenerative
resistor, or set Pn600 to 0 if no
regenerative resistor is required.
Correctly mount a jumper.
Correctly connect the external
regenerative resistor.
Set the power supply voltage within
the specified range.
Change the regenerative resistance
to a correct value or use an external
regenerative resistor of appropriate
capacity.
Reconsider the capacity selection.
Reconsider the system including
servo, machine, and operation con-
ditions.
Reconsider the capacity selection.
While the main circuit power sup-
ply is OFF, turn the control power
supply OFF and then turn ON
again. If the alarm still occurs, the
SERVOPACK may by faulty.
Repair or replace the SERVO-
PACK.
Set the power supply voltage within
the specified range.
Change the regenerative resistance,
regenerative resistor capacity, or
SERVOPACK capacity. Reconsider
the operation conditions using the
capacity selection software Sigma-
JunmaSize+, etc.
Reconsider the system including
servo, machine, and operation con-
ditions.
Set the Pn600 to a correct value.
Change the regenerative resistance
to a correct value or use an external
regenerative resistor of appropriate
capacity.
The SERVOPACK may be faulty.
Repair or replace the SERVO-
PACK.
