Technical Manual
Shows headrest software major version which is in use on the headrest PCB. When in Set
mode, shows headrest software major version on the MCB software chip that can be
upgraded to headrest PBC.
Shows headrest software minor version which is in use on the headrest PCB. When in Set
mode, shows headrest software minor version on the MCB software chip that can be
upgraded to headrest PBC.
Press S key to upgrade headrest software on the headrest PCB into version that is on the
MCB software chip.
In this service mode the headrest manual angle rotation speed is adjusted. Minimum value =
0, Maximum = 15. Default value = 6. Larger value is faster.
In this service mode the headrest manual height movement speed is adjusted. Minimum
value = 0, Maximum = 15. Default value = 6. Larger value is faster.
In this service mode the headrest manual length movement speed is adjusted. Minimum
value = 0, Maximum = 15. Default value = 10. Larger value is faster.
In this service mode the headrest automatic movement speed is adjusted. Minimum value =
0, Maximum = 15. Default value = 6. Larger value is faster.
In this service mode the headrest length current limit value is adjusted. Minimum value = 0,
Maximum = 15. Default value = 11. Larger value indicates that more current (force) is needed
to stop.
In this service mode the headrest joint 2 closing gap stopping term value is adjusted. Mini-
mum value = 0, Maximum = 15. Default = 0. Larger value indicates that headrest stops less
easy, might be needed to increase when using faster speeds.
Value is typically from 528 to 908.
After pressing the S key, the joint can be driven.
This service mode is used when the headrest upholstery is replaced.
Value is typically from 85 to 477.
