Alarm Meaning
The servo was turned ON after the position devi-
ation exceeded the setting of Pn526 (Excessive
Position Deviation Alarm Level at Servo ON) while
the servo was OFF.
If position deviation remains in the deviation
counter, the setting of Pn529 or Pn584 (Speed
Limit Level at Servo ON) limits the speed when
the servo is turned ON. This alarm occurs if a
position reference is input and the setting of
Pn520 (Excessive Position Deviation Alarm Level)
is exceeded before the limit is cleared.
There was too much position deviation between
the motor and load during fully-closed loop con-
trol.
The position feedback data exceeded
±1,879,048,192.
Communications initialization failed between the
SERVOPACK and the Command Option Module.
A synchronization error occurred between the
SERVOPACK and the Command Option Module.
An error occurred in the communications data
between the SERVOPACK and the Command
Option Module.
Detection of the Command Option Module failed.
Detection of the Safety Option Module failed.
Detection of the Feedback Option Module failed.
An unsupported Command Option Module was
connected.
An unsupported Safety Option Module was con-
nected.
An unsupported Feedback Option Module was
connected.
The Command Option Module was replaced with
a different model.
Communications initialization failed between the
SERVOPACK and the Command Option Module.
An error occurred in communications between
the DeviceNet Module and SERVOPACK during
operation.
An error occurred in the input timing of the safety
function signal.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
Processing of command from the Command
Option Module was not completed.
The voltage was low for more than one second
for phase R, S, or T when the main power supply
was ON.
