4. Click CREATE to save your changes, or CANCEL to restore
previous settings.
To create IP static ARP entries using the CLI, enter the following
command in Configure mode:
<configure># arp <ip-address> <hardware-address>
Refer to the Command Reference Guide for the Avaya P550R, P580, P880,
and P882 Multiservice Switches, Version 5.3.1 for details about this
command.
The BOOTP/DHCP Server Entry allows you to configure a Router as
a BOOTP/DHCP Relay Agent between a BOOTP/DHCP server and
the requesting client.
You can create a BOOTP/DHCP Server entry using either the Web
Agent or the CLI.
* Note: BootP/DHCP must first be enabled in the IP Global
Configuration.
To create a BOOTP/DHCP entry using the Web Agent:
1. Select BOOTP/DHCP Servers from the Routing > IP >
Configuration group on the Web Agent window. The IP
BOOTP/DHCP Servers dialog box opens (seeFigure 9-13).
