Description Set the proxy mode for the LEC. The LEC can proxy for MAC addresses that are local to the Avaya switch only; or for MAC addresses learned from other LECs in addition to the local MAC address. If proxying for all, the ATM Uplink module will work in conjunction with another LEC to bridge between two ELANs.
