Drive status at the time the error was detected.
The Drive Model Number is 03h.
The DRV ERR CMD Code 1 indicates the command being executed by the MTU when
the first error was detected.
The DRV ERR Code 1 is the error code of the first MTU error encountered.
Write error hardware register 1
Write error hardware register 2
Sequence status set when an error has occurred.
Servo status code is set when an error has occurred.
Command code is set when command has occurred.
