Example
The following example sets the aging time of routers to 400 seconds and that of hosts to
300 seconds:
zte(cfg)#set igmp snooping timeout router 4000
zte(cfg)#set igmp snooping timeout host 3000

4.10.12 set igmp snooping query-interval

Purpose
This command sets the interval for the switch to send query messages.
Command Mode
Global configuration mode
Syntax
set igmp snooping query-interval <10-2147483647>
Parameter Description
Parameter
<10-2147483647>
Default
By default, the interval for the switch to send query messages is 125 seconds.
By default, the aging time is the sum of the double query time and the response time (10
seconds).
Example
The following example sets the interval for the switch to send query messages to 140
seconds:
zte(cfg)#set igmp snooping query-interval 1400

4.10.13 set igmp snooping response-interval

Purpose
This command sets the time for which the switch waits for a report message after sending
a query message.

milliseconds.
