Guidelines
Without the dynamic, static, or permanent keyword, the command will delete all MAC
address entries.
Some special MAC address entries, such as layer-3 interface addresses, cannot be
deleted. These MAC addresses can be deleted by using special methods as deleting
layer-3 interfaces.

Purpose
This command deletes all dynamic MAC address entries.

Guidelines
Some special MAC address entries, such as layer-3 interface addresses, cannot be
deleted. These MAC addresses can be deleted by using special methods as deleting
layer-3 interfaces.

Description
Deletes MAC address entries based on port.
Port number. Different devices have different port number ranges.
In the syntax, the 2928E device is used as an example.
Deletes MAC address entries based on trunk.
Trunk ID.
Deletes MAC address entries based on VLAN.
VLAN ID.
Deletes dynamic MAC address entries.
Deletes static MAC address entries.
Deletes permanent MAC address entries.
