Guidelines
The RSPAN tag only distinguishes ingress and egress. It is not related to mirror sessions.
All sessions' ingress mirroring ports share one RSPAN tag, and all sessions' egress
mirroring ports also share one RSPAN tag.

4.4.6 set mirror statistical sample-interval

Purpose
This command sets mirroring sampling rates for ingress/egress ports.

Priority field in the RSPAN tag.
Sets the RSPAN function for ingress monitoring ports.
Sets the RSPAN function for egress monitoring ports.
Description
<1-2047> indicates that the sampling rate is 1/x. For example,
if this parameter value is 2, the sampling rate is 1/2. If this
parameter value is 1, the sampling rate is 1/1 (100%).
Sets the egress sampling rate.
Sets the ingress sampling rate.
