4.1.19 set loginauth

Purpose
This command sets the login authentication mode.

Description
Sets local authentication for the login user.
Sets Remote Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS)
authentication for the login user.
Local authentication is performed first. If local authentication fails,
RADIUS authentication is performed.
RADIUS authentication is performed first. If RADIUS
authentication fails, local authentication is performed.
Sets Terminal Access Controller Access-Control System Plus
(TACACS+) authentication for the login user.
Local authentication is performed first. If local authentication fails,
TACACS+ authentication is performed.
TACACS+ authentication is performed first. If TACACS+
authentication fails, local authentication is performed.
