Guidelines
This command is used to display information about all ports or the specified ports.

4.38.9 udld port force-check enable/disable

Purpose
This command enables or disables the forced UDLD monologue detection function.
Command Mode

Syntax
udld port <portlist> force-check {enable | disable}
Parameter Description

Guidelines
The forced monologue detection function is described as follows: After the UDLD protocol
detects a link problem and blocks the faulty port, a UDLD packet must be received within
the configured detection time if this port is recovered. If not, it is still considered that the port
is in failure status, and then further actions will be taken in accordance with configurations.
Default
The forced UDLD monologue detection function is disabled.

4.38.10 udld port force-check timer

Purpose
This command sets the forced UDLD monologue detection period.
Command Mode
Global configuration mode
Syntax
udld port <portlist> force-check timer <15-300>

Port list.
Enables the forced UDLD monologue detection function.
