When parameter writing to the programmable controller is completed, select the target safety remote I/O module in the
"Network Configuration Settings" and display the "Command Execution of Device Station" window.

Select "Start of checking the module position" in "Method selection" and click the [Execute] button.

Clicking the [Execute] button displays a confirmation window. Check the contents and click the [Yes] button. The
SAFETY LED of the selected safety remote I/O module starts flashing. Visually check that the safety remote I/O module
on which the SAFETY LED is flashing is installed on the desired position. At the same time, visually check that the
SAFETY LEDs of other safety remote I/O modules not targeted for the position checking are not flashing.

After checking the module position is completed, select "Stop of checking the module position" in "Method selection" on
the "Command Execution of Device Station" window and click the [Execute] button.

Clicking the [Execute] button displays a confirmation window. Check the contents and click the [Yes] button. The
SAFETY LED of the safety remote I/O module turns off.
