■Description
This signal indicates that the safety output control is enabled.
It is used for the 'operation setting function at detection of external power supply voltage error', and turns on when all of the
following conditions are met.
• When the module is in the safety operation mode
• When the external power supply is normal state
• When the operation of flags
*1 These flags are used when an external power supply voltage error has occurred while "Operation setting of external power supply
voltage error detection" is set to "2: Continue safety communication (With output interlock)".
