Output overload protection
• The protection functions are intended to protect the internal circuit of a module, not to protect external
devices.
• An overload (overvoltage or overcurrent) may cause the internal temperature of the module to rise, resulting
in deterioration in output elements and discoloration on the case and the printed-circuit board. When an
abnormal load is found, turn off the corresponding output immediately and eliminate the cause.

Description
This function operates when the module power supply is in
the overvoltage state.
This function operates when the module power supply is in
the overcurrent state.
This function operates when the external power supply
circuit is in the overvoltage state.
This function operates when the external power supply
circuit is in the overcurrent state.
This function operates when a current exceeding the rating
flows. The safety remote I/O module recovers by resetting it
in the rated load state.
