history. Restart the module and check that the error has been eliminated before using the module.
When multiple errors have occurred, only the latest error code is stored in Error code (RX10 to RX1F). The
errors that occurred before can be checked by executing "Error history read" of the "Network Configuration
Settings" in the engineering tool. For the error history, refer to the following.
