After writing parameters is completed, visually check that the module parameters have been normally written to the
module. To check the module parameters, refer to the following.

Perform the operations from "Parameter write" to the visual check of the module parameters for all safety remote I/O
modules connected.

Set the module parameter of the master station "To Use of Not to Use the Safety Communication Setting" to "Use".
