netstat Sample Displays

The following sections include a representative set of displays presented
by the netstat command and its arguments. Not all command and
argument combinations are presented.
Active Connections
Entering the netstat command without arguments displays the local and
remote addresses, send and receive queue sizes (in bytes), protocol, and
the internal state of the protocol for all active connections.

Adds the protocol control block (PCB) addresses.
–a
Includes sockets used by server processes; can be used in
combination with –A.
Chapter 1
Description
Displays information about the amount of memory
available in the large and small IPX buffer pools.
Displays the routes defined in the RA 6300's IPX
routing table.
Displays the RA 6300 route for that network.
Displays server names, types, and addresses.
Displays information for the specified server (the
server_name argument is case-sensitive).
Displays the network zone list for AppleTalk.
