Auto Adjust Gradation

CAUTION:
• Execute auto gradation adjustment the used paper type as needed.
• However, when using 2 or more types of paper, it is necessary to execute all the
modes corresponding to the types of paper.
• When using paper type to which auto gradation adjustment is not executed, image
failure or damage on the host machine may occur.
1) Implement the auto gradation adjustment by the following method.
[Plain Paper]
• [Settings/Registration] > [Adjustment/Maintenance] > [Adjust Image Quality] > [Auto Adjust
Gradation] > [Plain] > [Adjust] > [Start]
[Heavy1/Heavy2]
• [Settings/Registration] > [Adjustment/Maintenance] > [Adjust Image Quality] > [Auto Adjust
Gradation] > [Heavy1/Heavy2] > [Adjust] >[Start]
[Heavy3]
• [Settings/Registration] > [Adjustment/Maintenance] > [Adjust Image Quality] > [Auto Adjust
Gradation] > [Heavy3] > [Adjust] > [Start]
2) Execute 1 of following 4 items from following service mode (Level 2).
NOTE:
It is reflected on all modes if executed in any single mode.
• COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INIT - Y
• COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INIT - M
• COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INIT - C
• COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INIT - K
