Flow B: Control Panel 12V Check Flow

Start
Has only
the backlight gone off?
(Can you hear the operation sound
of the Hard Key?)
No

Is 12V supplied to C1005
of the Control Panel CPU PCB?
No
Turn OFF the Main Power Supply Switch

Is the FU4 of the
Relay PCB disconnected?
Yes
Disconnect the following connectors:
(4)
- J427 of the Relay PCB
(2)
- J1002 of the Control Panel CPU PCB
(2)
Check the following resistances of the
cables connected to J1002 of the
Control Panel CPU PCB:
- Between pins 2 (orange) and pins 3 (blue)
- Between pins 2 and the chassis
Is any one of them 0 ohm?
Yes
[Assumed failure location]
1. Short circuit of the cables
Replace the Relay PCB after fixing
the short circuit of the cables
