Check the cables between J427 of the Relay PCB and J1002 of the Control Panel CPU PCB.
1. Disconnect the connectors of J427 and J1002.
2. Check if power is distributed between all pins of J427 connector and all the corresponding
pins of J1002 connector. Normal value: 0 ohm
