    Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5200 Series Service Guide Advanced Box Advanced Box is a storage area in the machine that stores scanned documents and Microsoft Office files that can be used on a computer. There are two types of storage in the Advanced Box: the Shared Space and the Personal Space.
