Note 1: NTMX87 cards contain 4 dual NTMX82 I/F packlets. If
more than 22 P-side links are required, use NTMX86 EXT shelf.
Note 2: Provision NTMX83 in all locations when the NTMX82 is
not needed.
Note 3: If the NT6X92 Global tone receiver (GTR) or Universal
tone receiver (UTR) card are required, provision these cards in slots
6, 7, 21 and 22.
Note 4: Provision the NT6X78 CLASS modem resources (CMR)
card in slots 5 and 23.
Note 5: Slots 8 and 20 use an NTMX76 or 6X69.
Note 6: Provision the NTMX74 card in slots 13 and 15.
