Use this procedure to replace an NTMX82 circuit card in a Remote Switching
Center Multi-access (RSC-M) main or extension (EXT) shelf.
Note: In this section, the examples refer to RSC-M as RCO2. When
software outputs messages to the MAP terminal, the software does not
differentiate between the two types of RCO2.
