fails
To switch activity (SwAct) of the RCO2 units, to make sure the unit being
tested is inactive, type
>SWACT
and press the Enter key.

If the prompt indicates
a warm SwAct will occur

To confirm the SwAct initiated in step 19, type

and press the Enter key.
