Note 1: The NTMX87 cards contain 4 dual NTMX82 I/F packlets.
When NTMX82 cards are not required, the system must provision
NTMX83 cards. If more than 22 P-side links are required, use the
NTMX86 EXT shelf.
Note 2: The system provisions NT6X92 Global Tone Receiver
(GTR) or Universal Tone Receiver (UTR) card in slots 6, 7, 21 and
22 if required.
Note 3: The system provisions NT6X78 CLASS modem resources
(CMR) card in slots 5 and 23 if required.
Note 4: Slots 8 and 20 use an NTMX76 or 6X69.
Note 5: The MX74 DS30A packs are required in slots 13 and 15 for
diagnostic purposes.
