Use this procedure to replace an NTMX74 card in the Remote Switching
Center Multi-Access (RSC-M) shelf.
Note: In this section RSC-M is referred to as RCO2 in the examples. When
software outputs messages to the MAP terminal the system does not
differentiate between the two types of RCO2.
