Determine if the user replaced the NTMX82 circuit card.

Refer to the card replacement procedure for the NTMX82 circuit card in Card
Replacement Procedures . When you complete the card replacement
procedures, go to step 11 of this procedure.
Refer to the card replacement procedure in Card Replacement Procedures
for the next card on the card list. When you complete the card replacement
procedures, go to step 23 of this procedure.
